Clarissa was born in Grand Junction CO and has lived in various
places throughout the US to include UT, TX, and several towns
throughout the Western Slope of Colorado.
Her first notable find was a photograph of what appears to be
ectoplasm, taken in September of 2004 in Grand Junction, CO.
While testing her brand new Polaroid Instant Camera, she
snapped a photo of a friend. It wasn't until the film developed that
standing next to her friend was a misty, human-like form.  It was
taken the same night as Chade’s EVP recording and was the
second instrumental find that gave birth to CCPI. Clarissa prefers
to use Polaroid Instant Cameras due to their instant development
and the fact that they cannot be altered during processing –
eliminating some of the “bad vibes” we receive from those who
think were full of it. Although certified as an EMT-First Responder
(a good thing to have on an investigation) Clarissa is also an
Ordained Minister and currently works as the Operations Training
Specialist for a restaurant franchise and conducts investigations
on weekends.

Please note that while there is an unlit cigarette in
the subject's hand, the possibility of smoke is
impossible because the camera operator wouldn't
hand our subject his lighter until he posed for the
picture and no one had been smoking in the
house. Regardless, it is the photo that got us
started & everyone has to start somewhere, right?
